Threshold Delivery is available for all orders within our local trading area. This service includes delivery past the threshold of your home—inside the front door or to the first floor/lobby of your apartment or condo building. A signature is required at the time of delivery, and someone must be home to receive the order.

- Orders under $300: FREE
- Orders $300 and over: $39.95

Your order can be scheduled at the first available date after purchase.
✔ DELIVERY TIMES
Deliveries take place between 9AM and 6PM. A 3-hour window will be provided the night before your scheduled delivery.
✔ DROP OFF
Furniture will be placed just inside the entryway of your home or building. We do not move items beyond the first floor or into individual rooms.
✔ ASSEMBLY REQUIRED
Products with multiple parts may require do-it-yourself assembly. No assembly is included.
You have 1 day to alert us of any damages or defects after delivery.
What’s not included:
- Placement of furniture into specific rooms
- Unpacking or unwrapping items
- Removal of packaging materials
- Furniture assembly
NEW! Delivery Appointment Confirmation:
We’ll contact you by email, text, or phone to confirm your delivery. You must confirm your appointment by replying to the message by 12PM the day before delivery. If the appointment is not confirmed, it will be cancelled. Deliveries scheduled within two days are automatically confirmed.
